Again, we have another case where bankers are aiding and abetting a possible criminal enterprise.
In this new installment of Gangsters and Banksters, we are served up a dish of banksterism, Japan-style. A third-party panel finds that Olympus -- the digital camera company -- was assisted by three Nomura bankers in covering up "at least $1.7 billion" of investment losses.
