The new economic forecast for France is now public and it effectively condemns to the economic dustbin (poubelle économiques) the expansionary-austerity policies of French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
France's INSEE (Institut national de la statistique et des études économiques or National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies) reports that economic activity in France has declined and forecast that the declination will continue until Spring 2012.
