The America "Syndrone" -- Part II

As the story cited in this post illustrates, more and more we are sliding down that slippery slope to a militarized society.

In North Dakota, police used a Predator B Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS)  -- which is manufactured by General Dynamics -- to assist with the capture of an armed suspect.  However and as the Los Angeles Times article describes its -- "... that was just the start. " -- the Predators have been used in other civilian policing action.

Also, the post -- exempli gratia: The America "Syndrone" -- explains how other local governments plan to utilize or have employed drones in their policing operations.  To say we now live in an Orwellian world, with drones military drones spying on us and the Republican-controlled Congress trying to pass laws to further rollback our liberties -- would be understating the full-fledged attack on our freedoms; see exempli gratia: Can You Feel That?.
