According to the New York Times, Mitt Romney spoke those words as recently as last month. To say the man is arrogant would be an understatement.
Romney's quoted words reflect his supercilious attitude toward the American people. Moreover, it illustrates his belief that he has a birthright -- a la a kingship -- to the office of the President of the United States.
